Jake Fritsche
Vice President of Asset Management
Jake Fritsche is the Vice President of Asset Management at Imperium Capital. Jake oversees the Asset Management platform and leads the firm's leasing transactions and capital projects. Prior to joining Imperium Capital in 2025, Jake was an Associate for W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC), a publicly-traded diversified REIT in Manhattan, where he managed $300 million of industrial and office assets owned by the firm in North America. At W. P. Carey, Jake was promoted to Associate from Analyst, having previously focused on property valuations and credit analysis across the firm's domestic portfolio. Prior to joining W. P. Carey in 2022, Jake was an Investment Analyst at Hines and Stonelake Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm in Houston. Jake successfully earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a dual concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas, graduating with Highest Honors. Jake is also a graduate of Houston Christian in Houston, Texas.
