Dmitriy Donskoy
VICE PRESIDENT
Dmitriy is a Vice President at Imperium Capital. He is responsible for all aspects of the acquisition process including sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence. He also handles asset management. Prior to joining the Imperium Capital team in 2019, Dmitriy was a Financial Analyst at LRC Properties, where he was responsible for underwriting all investment opportunities, overseeing the due diligence process and assisting with ongoing asset management of the firms current holdings. Prior to that, Dmitriy was an Associate at The Weitzman Group where he focused primarily on property valuation and marketability & feasibility studies. Dmitriy received a Bachelor of Science in dual concentrations in Finance & Marketing from SUNY Albany in 2014. He then received his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University in 2017.
